We do this in a variety of ways and have been assisting our nonprofit partner organizations with training and coaching services on a wide variety of topics and skill areas.
Coaching and training have been central elements to the more than 200 organizations we have been honored to serve over the past 23 years. Our assignments have involved designing and leading Capital Campaigns, Major Giving Societies, Annual Fund Programs, Strategic Planning, Capacity Building, Courageous Leadership Training and Nonprofit Operations.
Baker Street consultants have organized and conducted seminars, workshops, webinars, retreats, tailored training sessions, roundtables and one-on-one coaching to many different types of organizations throughout the country. We have been speakers, presenters and trainers for organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Maui Community of Nonprofits, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Governor’s Council on Youth Physical Fitness and Sports, Downstate Illinois Association of Nonprofits, National Catholic Development Officer’s Association and many more.
Our programs are designed to range from the beginner, someone changing careers and to those already experienced, but wishing to learn new skills and hear fresh ideas.
Baker Street offers a wide variety of topics and methods to choose from. Our training process oftentimes takes the form of interactive group coaching or, in some cases, one-on-one sessions where attention is paid to the task at hand and how to improve one’s capabilities. Much of this work on leadership topics, fundraising techniques and creative problem solving.
